Local Government Law
A well run local government is ideally made up of individuals that are pillars of the community in which they reside. These individuals have been elected to serve the general public through the voice of the taxpayers. Through the course of everyday activities in running the local government there will be instances where there is a dispute over taxation, city or county ordinances, utilities, building permits, etc. To resolve these disputes the elected officials sometimes must turn to legal advice that would be in the best interest of the local government and the taxpayer. |
